American Pet Products Association (APPA)

Founded in 1958, APPA is the leading not-for-profit trade association made up of over 1000 pet product manufacturers, their representatives, importers and livestock suppliers. Our membership consists of a diverse group representing both large corporations and growing business enterprises worldwide.

Wild Bird Feeding Industry (WBFI)

The Wild Bird Feeding Industry is THE trade association for the wild bird and backyard wildlife feeding industry. Our members include the packagers and processors of the seeds, suets, and nectars consumed by wild birds and backyard wildlife, the manufacturers of bird feeders and backyard accessories, as well as wild bird specialty stores and other retailers. We include an Associate Member category for the industries which support our Members, such as packaging manufacturers and transportation companies.

Roger Tory Peterson Institute (RTPI)

The mission of the Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History is to continue the legacy of Roger Tory Peterson by promoting the teaching and study of nature, and to thereby create knowledge of and appreciation and responsibility for the natural world.

Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA)

The Pet Industry Distributors Association, was organized in 1968 for the purpose of promoting progress within the pet industry and to conduct programs and activities on behalf of the wholesaler-distributor. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of the wholesaler-distributor, to promote partnerships with their suppliers and customers, and to work cooperatively with other organizations in fostering the human/companion animal bond.
